GWD has passed the annual supervision system audit of CSQA
On June 27, 2019, GWD held the final meeting of the annual supervision and audit of CSQA management system. At the meeting, the CSQA audit team leader announced that GWD's quality, safety, environment and energy management system could basically meet the requirements of GB / t19001-2016, GB / t24001-2016, GB / t28001-2011 and GB / T 23331-2012, the on-site audit passed smoothly, and the management system certification certificate continued to be maintained.
From June 24 to 27, the audit team conducted on-site sampling audit to understand the standard operation of GWD's quality, safety, environment and energy management system. During the audit process, the internal and external audit and management review of GWD were inspected, and the operation effect of the management system of 11 units including hull Engineering Department, coating engineering department, production management department, production support department and enterprise management planning department was guided. CSQA affirmed GWD's progress in quality, safety and environmental protection, technology, informatization and other aspects, and put forward improvement suggestions for the problems existing in the operation of various management systems.
Gu Xinnian, the representative of quality management, pointed out that for the problems raised by the supervision and audit of the CSQA audit team, the responsible unit should seriously implement the rectification, submit the rectification materials to the certification company on time, and at the same time, all departments should draw inferences from one instance to prevent similar problems from happening again; it should focus on the implementation of process system, strengthen on-site supervision, and pay attention to the rectification effect of problems.
Safety director Jiang Daxiong expressed his gratitude to the CSQA audit team for the improvement suggestions on energy management. In the next step, combined with the problems existing in the operation of the energy management system, we will focus on the analysis and control of energy indicators.

On behalf of GWD, he expressed his gratitude to the CSQA audit team for its 4-day hard work and valuable suggestions on the operation of GWD's management system. At the same time, he put forward specific requirements for all departments of GWD: first, for the three non-conforming items issued in this audit, the responsible unit should seriously implement the rectification measures; second, the reconstruction suggestions proposed in this audit should be carried out from the perspective of GWD according to the implementation of non-compliance rectification, all departments take warning, "draw inferences from one instance" to avoid the recurrence of the same problem; third, in view of the basic problems existing in GWD's production and operation, each department should implement the requirements of the "operation instruction" to reduce the "two skin" phenomenon of system management.
